Agriculturist and victor of Bigg Boss 7, Pallavi Prashanth, known as the “Raithu Bidda,” is currently entangled in legal troubles. Reports suggest that Prashanth was apprehended in Hyderabad on Wednesday in connection to an incident of vandalism involving Amardeep Chowdhary, the show’s runner-up.

The episode unfolded shortly after Pallavi Prashanth was declared the champion of Bigg Boss Telugu 7, securing the coveted title along with a cash prize of Rs 35 lakh. However, the celebratory atmosphere outside the Annapurna Studio in Hyderabad, where a substantial crowd of Prashanth’s supporters had gathered, took an unexpected turn after the finale.

Tensions escalated as Amardeep Chowdhary, the runner-up, accompanied by his mother and actress-wife Tejaswini, was en route home. Allegedly, followers of Pallavi Prashanth attacked Amardeep’s car, causing damage to the windshield, and the situation spiraled out of control.

Media reports indicate that in the aftermath of the alleged incident, the police swiftly filed multiple cases against those involved, designating Pallavi Prashanth as the primary accused (A1) and his brother Mahaveer as A2. Authorities are actively working to identify additional individuals through CCTV footage and eyewitness accounts.

The ongoing police investigation is expected to shed light on the circumstances of the incident and the roles played by the participants. Following the grand finale, Amardeep Chowdhary, the runner-up, is reportedly cooperating with the authorities to piece together the events that marred what should have been a joyous occasion.

Pallavi and Mahaveer were arrested in Kollur, Gajwel. Subsequently, Pallavi’s legal representatives sought bail from the Nampally court, but their plea was denied. With the judgment postponed until Saturday, Pallavi remained in custody for at least one more day. Apart from the brothers, an individual named Vinay and drivers Saikiran and Raj have been remanded for 14 days. According to the attorney’s statement in court, Pallavi was unaware of the disturbance outside.

As per reports, 16 additional individuals have been detained in connection with the same case, including four minors and 12 adults. The police, asserting that Pallavi and his group failed to obtain the necessary authorization before organizing a rally on the grand finale day, will present them in court. It is alleged that supporters of the Bigg Boss winner are responsible for vandalizing public and private vehicles.

From being a teased contestant on the show to emerging as the winner, Pallavi Prashanth underwent a remarkable journey. The grand finale of Bigg Boss Telugu 7 featured actor Ravi Teja as a special guest. Post-show, Prince Yawar left with Rs 15 lakh, and Amardeep Chowdhary, a contestant on the show, had a unique experience conversing with his idol, actor Teja. The host suggested that Amardeep quit the game for an opportunity to appear in Ravi Teja’s upcoming film.
