Man Reunited With Phone He Accidentally Dropped Into River 10 Months Ago

A man in the United Kingdom who dropped his mobile phone in a river almost a year ago said that he “cannot believe” that he was made to him in working.
Earlier this month, a Facebook user, Miguel Pacheco, had published a message in a local group to find an iPhone during the canoe in the Wye river. The man said he had brought the phone back to the house and had dried it properly. The next day, he then loaded the aircraft and was surprised to discover that he still worked.

The Internet user revealed that the screen saver on the phone was a photo of a couple and that the date it was showing was August 13.

Mr. Pacheco then decided to find the owner. The photo he shared was recognized by the owner of the friends of the phone Owain Davies and his fiancée Fiona Gardner.

According to BBC, Mr. Pacheco then discovered the couple’s address in Edinburgh, in the United Kingdom, and sent them the phone. Addressing the media, Mr. Davies then revealed that he had lost his phone about 10 months ago when he, his friends and his fiancée discussed in the river during the canoe.

“I was in a canoe with two men and my partner should probably not have risen, and it goes without saying that we fell,” he said, adding: “The phone was in my pocket And as soon as it was in the water, I realized that the phone had disappeared. ”

Mr. Pacheco dried the device inside and outside with an aerial compressor, before placing it in the ventilation closet during the night. In addition, Mr. Davies said he had been impressed by Facebook user’s efforts to bring his phone back to life.
