Heist Money (La Casa de Papel), one of Netflix’s biggest shows until now, is over but we have not been done with the franchise first. Not only do we get a new South Korean Spanish version, but we also get a spin-off full of favorite character fans, Berlin. This is what we know so far about the spin-off series that will come due to release in 2023.
A spin-off has long been rumored when we come closer to the last season that touches Netflix in two parts in 2021. Alex Pina, the creator of the heist’s money, has teased several times the possibility of expanding further into the character introduced by the mother series.

Pina hit the overall agreement with Netflix in July 2018 and renewed the agreement on March 2022.
What will Berlin be about?
There are still many things we don’t know about Berlin even though their backstory is explored in season 5. Including facts, there are 5 ex-wives including Tatiana (played by Diana Gómez). He described his relationship in the series as “5 times he believed in love.”

No filming dates have been announced as of yet. With that said, it’ll have to be filmed throughout 2022 given the 2023 release.
