He said the government would improve the Punjab border belt in terms of security, development and infrastructure.

Previously, Modi began his speech by paying tribute to Sant Ravidas on his birth warnings and remember the days when he used to come to Pathankot by train and stayed at the train station while traveling from Delhi to Jammu.
