Suspects Took Delhi Flat With Fake Papers, Kept 3 Kg Explosives: Sources

New Delhi: Delhi police on Thursday recover 3 kg improvised (IED) explosive devices in the old bag in Delhi’s old man. Explosive items were temporarily tamed homeowners and property dealers were interrogated by the police.

According to the sources of the police, the suspects have rented an apartment in the northeastern part of Delhi using fake documents. And the property owner did not verify the police before renting his place to the suspects.

The apartment owner is a contractor named Qasim. He has rented an apartment on the second floor of the building through a property dealer named Shakil. It was taken by someone, but three more men moved there 10 days ago. All of them fled before the police got there.

Special cells Delhi police have intercepted a few dozen suspicious phone calls that directed them to the place.

 

Special cells have identified suspects and has also obtained their photos. It is not yet known where these people come from. Their suspect police can be part of the sleeping cell or part of a larger conspiracy.

With this explosive in common with the restored from the Ghazipur interest market in front of the Republican Day last month, the police believed that these two cases might be related to the same person.

The case was also allegedly related to a large bomb blast in the car park at Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu on January 29. The IED found on Thursday in Neombeuri can be associated with this chain of events.
