On March 6, 2024, at midnight KST, SUGA took to social media to reveal a video, announcing the release date of his highly anticipated concert film, “Agust D TOUR ‘D-DAY’ THE MOVIE.”
Scheduled to hit theaters worldwide on April 10 and then IMAX on April 13, the film promises to showcase footage from SUGA’s memorable “‘D-DAY’ THE FINAL” concert held in August the previous year. Offering an intimate look into the tour’s emotional journey, the film will feature not only SUGA but also fellow BTS members RM, Jimin, and Jungkook.
In the announcement video, SUGA expressed his sentiments, remarking on the significance of the D-Day tour in representing both his personas, SUGA and Agust D. He reminisced about the intense emotions of the tour’s finale, expressing his joy, pride, and excitement for the film’s release.
Ticket bookings for the feature film are set to commence on March 13 at midnight KST, with further details available on the movie’s official website. Accompanying the announcement, SUGA unveiled the poster for “Agust D TOUR ‘D-DAY’ THE MOVIE.”
